I combined them
I am a total believer in the power of positivity
a few months ago I decided to share that love with others
I started this project called BmoreMotivated
it consists of me posting stickers (both handmade and purchased) with positive messages on them
my goal is to focus on Baltimore but I also post stickers wherever
I first wrote about my December Health goals here
now that December is over, I think I should reflect on it
I pretty much fell of the bandwagon
I’m not going to beat myself up about it
I did learn a few things:
* I like yoga. There was a point in life when yoga didn’t really seem like my thing, but it is so wonderful now. It is the most stress relieving thing ever and I love that I can do it from youtube videos in my apartment!
* I need to drink more water! I felt so good on the days that I drank at least 8 cups and I really miss it when I don’t drink enough.
*Doing some sort of consistent gratitude journaling is a really good way to wind down before bed.
The Fresh Prince of Belair is one of my favorite shows ever
when Uncle Phil died I was totally devastated
it still seems unreal
