Cogitation: December Detox Continued

I first wrote about my December Health goals here
and
now that December is over, I think I should reflect on it
so
I pretty much fell of the bandwagon
but
I’m not going to beat myself up about it
and
I did learn a few things:

* I like yoga. There was a point in life when yoga didn’t really seem like my thing, but it is so wonderful now. It is the most stress relieving thing ever and I love that I can do it from youtube videos in my apartment!

* I need to drink more water! I felt so good on the days that I drank at least 8 cups and I really miss it when I don’t drink enough.

*Doing some sort of consistent gratitude journaling is a really good way to wind down before bed.
